34th Wolfsberg Meeting of the Swiss PhD students in Immunology
From August 15th to 17th 2022 Immunology PhD Students from different Swiss Universities came together at the Schloss Wolfsberg to present their research and to benefit from scientific discussions.
Since 34 years Immunology PhD Students from all geografic regions of Switzerland once a year meet to get to know colleagues in the same field, to present her/his own results, to get to know projects at other institutes, to initiate regular exchanges of ideas or even to start collaborations.
70 PhD students in immunology and 6 professors from different Swiss Universities participated and once more, we had a high quality and inspiring meeting with very active involvement of all students in the scientific sessions. With more than 50 oral presentations and almost twenty posters the program was very broad and covered various topics in immunology in the following sessions: “Immune development and immune regulation”, “Infection immunity”, “Inflammation, tolerance and autoimmunity” and “Cancer immunity”.
We are already looking forward to the 35th Wolfsberg Meeting taking place in 2023.
